Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and want you to be happy with your order. However, because our products are made to order, we have specific guidelines for refunds and replacements. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

All products are made to order and manufactured upon purchase. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with your order caused by a defect, misprint, or fulfillment error.

We encourage you to double-check sizing, colors, and design choices before placing your order.

 

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We will offer a replacement or refund only under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or contains a clear printing error, you may request a replacement or refund.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Include your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no cost or provide a refund to your original payment method.


2. Incorrect or Misprinted Orders

If you received the wrong size, color, or design compared to what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days. We will verify the error and send a corrected replacement or offer a full refund.


3. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your tracking number shows that your package has not been delivered after an extended period (typically 30 days after the estimated delivery date), please contact us. We will investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.

Note: If tracking shows that the package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier. In these cases, replacements may be offered at our discretion and at your expense.


4. Returned to Sender / Delivery Issues

Orders returned due to:

  • An incorrect shipping address

  • The package being unclaimed at delivery

  • A refusal to accept the order

...are not eligible for a full refund. We can reship the item, but additional shipping costs will apply.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds or accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or color ordered (if the product matches the order)

  • Minor variations in print placement or color (due to the print-on-demand process)

  • Buyer errors in design customization (if applicable)

  • Late deliveries caused by carrier delays (unless the package is officially lost)

We highly recommend reviewing our sizing charts and product information carefully before placing your order.


Hygiene Products

For sanitary reasons, face masks, underwear, and similar personal items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded—unless defective.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days to assist you.


Order Cancellations

Because we begin production shortly after you place an order, we cannot guarantee cancellation once your order is submitted. If you contact us within 1 hour of placing the order, we will do our best to intercept it before fulfillment begins.


Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
