Order Fulfillment

All products are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner. Orders are custom made upon purchase and may take several business days to fulfill before shipping.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control, such as those caused by the printing partner, shipping carriers, or customs.

Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or offer refunds under specific circumstances:

• Defective or Misprinted Items: If your order arrives damaged or with production errors, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

• Lost or Undelivered Packages: If your package hasn’t arrived 30 days after the estimated delivery date, contact us. We’ll investigate and offer a resolution.

• Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages: If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failure to claim, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Change of Mind or Wrong Size: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections. All items are made to order.
